#5 Thumbnail color conversion to RGB is incorrect

The code treats the format as YCbCr when it's actually UYVY.

You get 2 RGB pixels for every 1 UYVY group.

It's also upside down. So the first row is actually the bottom row of the picture.

Not having any doco, I guessed at the conversion. Point me to some UYVY -> RGB code and I\'ll fix it.

The digita driver I hacked together which was thrown into gphoto has some sample code in the thumbnail routine. It should be readable enough to know what needs to be done
