***To setup the system using the .zip ***
1. Download the zip file from https://sourceforge.net/projects/obproperty/files/property.app.1.0.4.zip/download
2. Extract it to a location of your preference
3. Double click the property.app.1.0.4 folder and double click on the setup.bat for setup.
4. Click on Create Demo- {Create a demo database}
Create New- {Create a new blank database}
5.Save Configurations.

 NOTE: Ensure the User name and Password you provide for the setup are
 your postgress login credential. You can 'Test Connection' to see if the
  system is communicating with the database.

*** Deploy the .war file***
-Copy property.app.1.0.4.war to TOMCAT_HOME/webapps/
