a.) ***To setup the system using the .zip ***
- Download the zip file from https://sourceforge.net/projects/obproperty/files/property.app.1.0.3.zip/download
- Extract it to a location of your preference
- Open a terminal and cd 'location/property.app.1.0.4' then run ' ./setup.sh'
- Click on Create Demo- {Create a demo database}
Create New- {Create a new blank database}
- then Save Configurations.

NOTE: Ensure the User name and Password you provide for the setup are your postgress login credential. You can 'Test Connection' to see if the system is communicating with the database.

b.) Deploy the .war file
- Copy property.app.1.0.4.war to TOMCAT_HOME/webapps/
