v0.1 of the PnPR is now available for download. Please note that this is an Alpha release, and thus is bound to have some bugs.

Also, be sure to read the manuals, as they have important installation and configuration instructions.

I'd like to announce the next generation of HCM, PnP Rules (PnPR). I have begun reworking the former HCM system into one that is geared less towards PWs and more towards DM run campaign modules. This is not to say that it could not be used for PWs, but I will not be sacrificing simplicity or ease of implementation for features such as persistent death corpses, etc.

The site is in flux at the moment, as I try to sort out all the old HCM data and set things up to receive the new PnPR data. Feel free to check out the official PnPR forums at http://www.joelmartin.org/moonbeam to see some of the early info.
