miranda net send protocol / News: Recent posts

This release adds support for win9* boxes. But i don't have any win9* and can't verify this :). If somebody owns win9* box connected to a LAN please do some tests to see if it is working or not and post here at the forums. I will appreceate any reporst for this release, but please provide as much details as you can.
