I just released version 0.9.7 of my NppMenuSearch plugin. It fixes some bugs and implements a few new features:

• NEW: changed default shortcut to Ctrl+F1, because Notepad++ uses Ctrl+M for "Mark"
• NEW: search for open files (thanks to Alireza Delavari)
• NEW: translations of the user interface to Italian (thanks to Matteo Concato) and German
• NEW: Ctrl+Backspace in the search field deletes the previous word (thanks to Vitaliy Dovgan)
• NEW: dark mode support
• NEW: allow to lock search widget size via new ⁞ button on the right
• FIX: recognize "Indentation" page of the preferences dialog (thanks to Vitaliy Dovgan)
• FIX: faster startup
• FIX: several stability issues

• NEW: corresponding menu icon or toolbar icon is displayed next to a result entry
• NEW: remember results window size after restart (issue #23)
• NEW: support newer preference dialog pages

Bugs fixes:

• Suggestions window did not appear until switching focus to another application and then back to Notepad++
• Provide 64bit support

This fixes some bugs:

• Do not prevent windows shutdown
• Remember search box width

This provides a new feature and some bug fixes:

• You can now open the Shortcut Mapper dialog via the new search results' context menu.

• Additionally, navigating to the preference dialog now also works with incomplete localization files.

• Another fix is support for fullscreen mode (F11) when the toolbar is only temporarily hidden.

Now works with the modified preference dialog of N++ 4.6.0 and above.

The plugin is now also usable with a hidden toolbar.

This is a bugfix release.
It fixes some layout issues with high DPI monitors (bug #3529960) and now sets keyboard focus on the editor on startup.

- The search box now hides whenever the toolbar is hidden.
- It manages a "Recently Used" list
