missing nativeLang.xml causes unhandled exception

When loading the preference dialog items from nativeLang.xml fails, an exception is thrown as soon as you type a character into the search box.

For a quick fix, copy <Notepad++ Installation Directory>\localization\english.xml to <Notepad++ Installation Directory>\nativeLang.xml
