After saving a .tgr file (or have it automatically saved via exit.tgr), it will not be possible to load it properly. Only some nodes will be loaded, connections won't be made and phantom D/N/S/H letters remain at their old positions, doing nothing.

Tested on GNU/Linux (Xubuntu 14.04, log below) and Windows 8.1, both 64 bit. Using version 0.6.4.

Examples bundled in 0.6.4 will always load fine.

Apparently fixed in 0.6.5.
