#4 No data loss protection

This bug is partially covered by request 3157046.

Neither closing the app nor clearing the scene (File->New) asks for saving the changed graph, which might result in data loss.
Tracking a "dirty"-boolean would help. Visualisation of that could be implemented as a qduaty suggests in 3157046.
