#446 Case Insensitive Link To Instance

Problem

I am documenting all code including private methods
and fields. I have a public property called "Unique" and I
have a private field called "unique". When I click on the
link for the private field I get the public property. Also,
under the Fields node I am seeing the "Unique" property
listed instead of the "unique" field.
