#38 StartWithLastPosition = 7.xxx,52.xxx does not workwrk

StartWithLastPosition = 7.xxxxx;52.xxxxx -> which means lon;lat in degrees does not work with OS Vista 32bit.
Test condition:
A gps logger is connected, but no gps signal is avaible.
NAVIPOWM shows the red position mark on grey background.
The position data at the upper right side of the window show 0 value.
