#403 Only scans in grayscale/B&W
Hello.
We are hoping to use NAPS2 with our new Xerox WorkCentre 6515. Everything seems to work fine except for the fact that I cannot get a colored scan. Everything is grayscale. I have tried switiching between WIA and TWAIN, and the results are the same. I have set new profiles and set the color option to the 24-bit color selection. Still grayscale. I have also tried using the native UI, and that simply won't work because the Xerox TWAIN window that opens has all of the option fields empty can cannot be filled. It does not matter if it is a some headers that are colored or a full-colored image, it still comes out in black and white. Any help is appreciated.

You could try reinstalling the scanner driver.
