I love the funktion with the Profile Hot-Keys (F2, F3, ...). Would it be possible to add an Hotkey (for example F11) for the Save PDF Button, and (for example F12) for the Clear-Button?

You can manually set a hotkey for those buttons by editing the appsettings.xml file in your NAPS2 installation folder.
