The MyVD project is proud to announce the release of MyVD 0.8.1. This release includes several database integration tools including the ability to write data back to the database, data manipulation inserts and a detailed database integration guide including sample configurations.

The MyVirtualDirectory project is proud to announce the release of MyVirtualDirectory 0.8. This release includes an access control implementation, new LDAP protocol stack, updated documentation, bug fixes, performance tests were performed and the development status was moved from alpha to beta. MyVD may be downloaded from http://myvd.sourceforge.net/downloads.html.

The MyVirtualDirectory project is proud to announce the release of version 0.7. This release includes a quick setup option and start/stop scripts for windows and unix.

A Virtual Directory provides a way for applications to integrate with various identity sources (such as LDAP, DB & ActiveDirectory) without creating copies of the original data.
