Ukraine Life operator maps are not generated correctly but data are not lost.

There are two bugs:

backend side: in MNCManager.java : lines 126, 1245, 1548,2666
server side: MccMnc2OperatorName.php5

"life:)" string should be replaced with "life"

After it is done, all data for this operator must be generated again.
