#24 Erratic count down when uploading

I am seeing some strange behavior
* I upload them, then go back (or close openbmap) and press "submit to openbmap" again and it once again seems to send all the files
* sometimes it hangs (e.g. "Celular files to be sent: 170" and it stays 170 forever), the programme is still responsive though
*sometimes it "counts" very funny, e.g. (in chronological order)
"Wifi files to be sent: 70"
"Wifi files to be sent: 9"
"Wifi files to be sent: 69"
"Wifi files to be sent: 8"
"Wifi files to be sent: 68"
"Wifi files to be sent: 7"
