expansion of tracktime

It would be fine, if the tracktime also include some
- textinformation (varchar),
- a starting (datetime or int for unixtime) and
- an endtime-information(datetime or int for unixtime).
For me it's not so easy to fill out only minutes to one
ticket. I have tickets on which I have to work some
days - every day some minutes or hours.
The textfield can contain the information about the
reoson for the time work on one ticket.
With adding this fields it seems for me to be easy to
use myhelpdesk to show my labourcost more descriptive.
