#27 Language selection at login

We have to deal with english and french speaking
persons. Is it possible to add the functionnality made in
the demo version which consist in selecting the language
at login ?

I don't know if I create a new improvement for this
second part. What would be nice is when we create a
FAQ, we choose the language for the question/answer
and can link all translated tickets together (to avoid to
forget to translate one of them afterward).
