Hi!
It would be very cool, if i could see in the
viewtickets-function if there are any File-Attechements
to the ticket.
Another nice feature would be in the
viewtickets-function case person, what time was spent
in summary for each ticket of that contact.
I tried to enhance this on my own but I´m not skilled
enough for this...

I second the attachment feature request.
That was precisely the feature I was looking for when
browsing SourceForge for a helpdesk system.
It's nice to have a files list, but it would be better if
when one updates a ticket, he had the possibility to upload
some files, and then links to these files being visible
*chronologically* in the history of the ticket.
