I'd love to see new tickets opened by sending an email
to an address. This could be done through getting
email through POP3 in a cron job/fetchmail or locally.
Confirmation and customer service emails would be good.
Look at RT for a great example of the features that
would be nice, but stay away from their myriad of
dependencies...

Yes. This is the only thing stopping me from using this

Not having this is the one big issue that I am experiencing
within my company and is so far the only reson why this
product has not already been installed. If the email would
create a ticket, our department would be set.
