The Miniwebradioplayer (or just Miniwebplayer) was designt by a friend of mine.
The goal was, to create a small programm for listening to webradios but keep it small.
The result is, find a stream, insert it in a playlist and select it to play the stream.
(Or drag a playlistfile to the streambox and then select the right stream.)
Easy optionacces via rightclickmenu.
And to NOT overload the programm.

And as soon as you rightclick anywhere on the player, the menu will open.
And to open the Streamwindow just press the "MP3-Player".
Inside that menu you will find the playlistmanagment.
