together they create a Serialized instance of a Weka data set

classes for the 3-3-5 version of the weka toolkit are present in the code, but one would probably find the original files (sourceforge.net/projects/weka) easier to use to manipulate the data sets.

a start on real documentation will be in the 0.2.1 release...
