Well i decided that even though I was happy with muse and it did everything I wanted it to, to someone who hasn't used it before it could be a bit confusing. So in version 3.6.0 I've made changes to try to make the program more user friendly and wrote a wizard (more of a walkthrough) which will guide you step-by-step on setting up your mp3 player, cataloging your music, and syncing it to your mp3 player.
