MuLIn client is not able to register after a installation is aborted - it needs a reboot

i installation abort is caused by calling die(). this should either execute an emergency shell and after its exit CONTINUE the installation or fully abort, ev. unregister and reboot.

so this is not a bug, it is a missing feature (escape shell / abort)
