mswatch version 1.2.0 released

This a feature release, 1.2.0. mswatch is a command line unix program that keeps two mailboxes synchronized more efficiently and with shorter delays than periodically synchronizing the two mailboxes.

Changes:
- Add socketwatch program, to make mail synchronization more robust against hangs (see mswatchrc.sample for use)
- Add optional occasional mailbox polling ("poll_period" in .mswatchrc), to make mail synchronization more robust against silent aborts
- Add option to ignore changes to select mailboxes ("ignore" in .mswatchrc), to reduce overheads for rarely-checked, high-volume mailing lists

mswatch version 1.1.1 released

This is a minor bugfix release, 1.1.1. mswatch now compiles on Debian 5.0/gcc 4.3 and Ubuntu 9.10/gcc 4.4.

- watch_maildirs can watch Maildirs through symlinks
(but symlink modifications are not detected, yet)
- mswatch requests line buffering for stdout, to make mswatch output updates
through loggers appear more frequently

This release correctly handles mswatchrc sync entries that are longer than one argument and documents inputkill's "--" argument in the inputkill manpage.
