Never been implemented yet. A list of what options should be reachable from here would be helpful. All I can think of is that it should let you quit the current game so you can create a new one or reload from a save point.

Yes, those would be great! (I think in my week long straight binge of playing IME i'm getting muddled, i think i got it confused with the tiny blue circle with an 0 button on the other end.)
