updates, this version is slightly incompatible with past builds, if you aren't using ModFilesToEdit or ModIncludedFiles then you don't need to worry as these were the only two changed. They now use system.collections instead of arrays.

adding and editing actions is all working now, just need to finish MOD Template Header

Project support comming along nicely. Any file without an explicity copyright or the wrong copyright in the header is GPL v2.
