Version 1.10.7 has some bug fixes and allows feeds and OPML files to be read from phone memory (if it supports JSR-75). You can check if your phone supports it by looking at http://www.mobref.com/device/. Or you can use version midp10_ or midp20_ and go to settings and look at phone jsr75 and see if it's true.

This release has support for descending dates for reading unread items. Optional read of missing OPML titles from feed files.

J2ME (Java ME) Mobile RSS Reader (GPL) has released version 1.10. This release has:

Full(fixed) support for ISO8859-1, windows-1252, UTF-8, UTF-16.
Support for some redirects.
Optionally mark unread items in feed.
Show memory usage.
Read all unread items in list.
Update only modified feeds.
Save without exit.
Show error for import feed parsing error.
Show and open enclosure (if supported by the device).
