#32 Update BackCountry Navigator format

Our application no longer uses the BackCountryNavigator format used here. It instead uses a format like RMaps. This was done to use less disk space and have a more compact directory tree. For now it's identical to RMaps, but we plan to customize it further in the future. Please review the patch below and include it in the next release.
