#5 Market windows web not recognize galaxy s device

When in the android market (ex. on Windows) and the phone has a original rom the market shows, galaxy s i9000 and installing remote is possible.

With this custom rom the android market does not recognize the galaxy s as is. It did before atleast with the original rom!
The android market shows some info about the rom but refuses to install the selected app?

Does it concern the bandbase, wrong info on the phone or does google refuse these phones?
