#3 Add HAI access

I have an OmniPro II home automation controller. It
controls lights, HVAC, and security. The system has an
onboard ethernet port. I would like to use the perl
scripts to control my system. I believe there is an
SDK for this system, if anyone is interested in writing
this code, I can hunt down the SDK.
