#1 Create files database for Pacman 5

Pacman 5.0.0 was released recently. This release added new -F switch, which allows to query and search packages' file lists without installing them. This function requires new ${reponame}.files file in the repository. MinGW-w64 repository doesn't contain this file, and this causes warnings when doing pacman -Fy and other -F commands.
