Today S&T and the BBC collaborated to add support for additional MHEG profiles to the MHEG+ Compiler and Player.

This means that more MHEG developers worldwide can now make use of the MHEG+ toolkit and develop code for their country's (or region's) particular flavour of MHEG.

Supported MHEG profiles in MHEG+ as of today are:
* UK Freeview
* UK Freesat
* Australia
* New Zealand (partial support)
