#20 Won't merge folders with same name

I have 2 harddrives. On each I have a Video folder.
That's the reason I use MFX in the first place.

I want those folders to appear on the xbox as one
folder, namely Video. Not Video1 and Video2 as I can
configure with SMB.

This works fine as long as those video folders contain
different subfolder-names. Then it merges all
subfolders under Video. However, when both Video
folders have subfolders with the same name, i.e.
Comedy, MFX picks only one Comedy subfolder and the
other one is neglected.

Say I have 10 movies in both Comedy subfolders. That
means I have 20 in total. Only 10 will show up in XBMC.

I would love for this to be fixed. At the moment i have to
create sub-folders Comedy1 and Comedy2.
