Recently a prototype of Metascore, the software for community governance, was launched at

The prototype is still at the alpha stage of development, so do not expect anything spectacular. Clearly we still need an interface developer(s).

As soon as we have a somewhat functional version of Metascore, we hope to try out our dog food and make it the engine of the metagovernment.org website.
However, due to chicken-and-egg issues, it was necessary to open a wiki as a precursor method to maximize participation.

The startup committee for Metascore is now active. In our first week of formal organization, we have made tremendous progress in scoping the project. We have taken a much broader view of governance than our initial vision, and will be working on building a tool that can manage the governance of any community of any size: from a three-person club to a township park authority to a global community, and everything in between.... read more
