Since the FTP for sourceforge is a little indecisive, I'm putting up the latest version of metaphone at:

There's a new version on the ftp site, go there: ftp://metaphone.sourceforge.net/pub/metaphone/

The sourcecode for the Delphi Metaphone library has been placed under the GNU LGPL and placed onto the sourceforge.net site so that members of the community can participate in development, bug tracking, mailing lists and more.
