#15 Top level types not visible in Metadoc system page

When viewing metadoc, and selecting a "System", the
opening page contains Namespaces, Domains and
ServiceModules.

However the namespace category only shows "sub"
namespaces. There for there is no way to view the
types defined at the top level (from this page). In order
to view them you need to navigate using the menu
frames on the left.

Request: Add a default namespace entry to allow
access to types defined at the top level.
