#5 Tunneling while using reservoir state approximation

The reservoir state approximation assumes the system is fully thermalized before the reaction proceeds. In conditions where the pressure is sufficiently high to fully thermalize the system and the temperature is also high enough to have significant population under but close to the barrier, the tunneling correction is required.
