#448 meshlab not handling concave polygons in PLY

The attached 4-point concave "chevron" polygon (in the PLY format) is rendered in meshlab incorrectly as a (convex) triangle. The fix reported in Support Request #26 for the OFF format may need to be applied to the PLY importer as well.
