#191 Infantry validation does not check primary for improper weapon

A certain custom infantry (one of the Riot infantry) uses a support srm as its primary weapon and another support weapon in the secondary slot. MML does not allow a support weapon in the primary slow for a new unit but will happily allow it if the file is loaded via the menu and does not complain about it if the file is resaved.
