Since this is written in Mono, will there be a Windows port soon?

  I have been trying to make mCatalog run on Windows.
  BUT.
  There is problem with usage of GConf(some kind of gnome registry).
  This is as far as I went.

    IMHO using nini (http://nini.sf.net) would be a good solution for mcatalog. I'm not aware of any GConf backend for Nini, but that should be easy.
