An update for french translation (1.20.8.0)

★ Some corrections about ellipsis for menus that open a window (https://stackoverflow.com/questions/637683/when-to-use-ellipsis-after-menu-items)
★ Some corrections about typographic rules (fine space, non-breaking space…)
★ Corrections / Update about keyboard shortcuts ([ALT] + something)
★ Translation of the new filter option
★ Removal escaping characters because the file is in UTF8, except for the cariage return (&#✕0a;)
★ Other minor corrections, see comparison file here enclosed.

★ Quelques corrections sur les points de suspension pour les menus ouvrant une fenêtre (https://stackoverflow.com/questions/637683/when-to-use-ellipsis-after-menu-items)
★ Quelques corrections sur les règles typographiques (espace fine, espace insécable…)
★ Corrections / Mise à jour sur les raccourcis claviers (touche [ALT] + qqch)
★ Traduction de la nouvelle option de filtre
★ Suppression des échappements de caractères car le fichier est en utf8, sauf pour les cariage return (&#✕0a;)
★ Autres corrections mineures, CF fichier de comparaison.
