Plans for the next release of the maven-js-plugin are underway. The next version will be moved from 1.4 to 2.0 due to the size of the changes that are currently planned.

Version 1.3.1 of the maven-js-plugin has been released. This includes some bug fixes and enhancements regarding the license files. Please see http://ossi.mobilvox.com/maven-js-plugin for more details.

Version 1.1.1 of the maven-js-plugin has been cut as a release that supports Java 1.5. For installation instructions, see http://www.mobilvox.com/projects/maven-js-plugin/installation-instructions.html

The MobilVox Maven JavaScript Plugin (maven-js-plugin) is now synced with the Maven ibiblio repository. When installing the plugin, as per the instructions on http://www.mobilvox.com/projects/maven-js-plugin/installation-instructions.html,
you no longer have to download and install the files manually.

As of July 2, 2007 the 1.0 version of the MobilVox Maven JavaScript Plugin (maven-js-plugin) has been released. The implemented goal is compression of JavaScript. See the project site for more information.
