Maker: No more makefiles / News: Recent posts

Small update giving better warnings when dependencies fail.

This new version has had no changes to the version control since that is *still* considered 100% error-free! But a very nice .class-graph was added showing all source files and header files if they contain the class definition (no matching source file).
To facilitate uncluttering a new option was added: G2EXCLUDE=somefile will exclude a file from this collaborative graph.

Produly presents maker v1.0. It can completely or partially substitute a makefile on virtually any project.
