The objective Maitra is to help central mail registry of small & medium offices to manage incoming/ outgoing office mails. It helps them to register every paper based mails and distribute to concerned departments.

Department users able to see mails marked to them and also provide simple workflow to set action date & action comments. On completion of action, the mail can be closed.
