#14 MCM can't get images for cards with special chars in name

For example, for the card "Gustha's Scepter", MCM tries
to fetch the image "Gustha's_Scepter", when it should
actually fetch the image "Gusthas_Scepter". This
results in MCM being unable to fetch images for many
Magic cards.

This problem may also exist for cards like "Oath of
Lim-Dûl" (^ on the u) and any other card with strange
marks (like the card named ___).

You probably want to fix this problem for cards with '
or accents in their names, and tell people how to
manually download images for specific cards.

    Thanks for your feedback.

There can be some problems due to the different
configurations of web browsers and operating systems, about
the encoding parameterization. Could you please tell me
which encoding are you using on your web browser (UTF8,
ISO-8859-1, ...) and the default encoding on the operating
system you're using (it can be important when you copy/past
the list from the gatherer web-site) ?
I'm going to update MCM soon, fixing this problem if
possible (if it's not due to the browser parameterization),
and including all the gatherer lists...

    Regards,
    Bobsky

I managed to make manual download work, look up the card itself on the gtherer site, save the image to the img folder, and proceed to the program itself.

in the program there is an add new card option under the Edition drop down menu (or alt + B). Fill in info accordingly, and then click the image of the card back and it'll open a file search window thingey where you can go to the dir, and then find the card, or type in teh name of the file the card img is. this works as a short term solution
