#38 Enhance Lame -preset detection as in Gambit's MrQuestionman

I'd love to see Gambit's MrQuestionman proggie he
released on Hydrogenaudio (detection of encoder engine
for several formats including the Lame -presets)
integrated into MAC. Currently, MAC has an excellent
export function, whereas MrQuestionman lacks hereof
and vice versa. Implementing this feature saves a lot of
work bringing both information together.

On another topic, I'd like to second the feature request
for putting the Encoder guess into an additional column,
as my needs would be to export both information, the
comment AND the encoder guess.
