#4 Duplicate menu entries

On 3.3.4-5.fc17.i686:

- launch lxmed
- click on the "Accessories" category
- click on the first menu item (for me it is "Catfish")
- click on the "Properties" button -> the "edit menu Catfish" dialog is displayed
- click on "Cancel"
- click on the "Education" category
- click on the " Accessories" category -> now there are 2 menu entries named "Catfish"

Repeat the procedure: each time, a new menu entry named "Catfish" is going to be created ! (see screenshot)
