#76 Create Profile button greyed out when using external files

To reproduce:
1) Click "Monitor Profiler"
2) Click "Build an accurate profile from measurements"
3) Click "Use externally generated files"
4) Select a measurement sheet & calibration sheet (*.cgt)
5) "Create Profile" button is greyed out even though files have been selected and profile should be able to be created at this point.
