#64 Profile params should be inside general type tab
The profile parameters are specific to the profile type (Camera/scanner vs monitor) and change when the user switches tabs. These should probably be moved inside that tabbed widget so they're more clearly tied to the section.
That'd also free up more space for the preferences tab, where the profile information need not be displayed, and leave more room for tabs as hopefully things like printer profiling and profile gamut comparison are added.

By the way I knew there was an issue with this but I was not sure about how to solve it. This has given me some insights into how this might be made better. Also the profile parms setting are likely to be different for printer profiling as well. Thanks.
